There are merit-based and need-based awards and scholarships available to Canadian and international students. As soon as you receive an offer of admission to UBC, you’ll automatically be considered for these merit-based awards. Consideration is based on your demonstrated academic achievement and your extracurricular involvement. There are two types scholarship for the international students and they are; International Major Entrance Scholarship and Outstanding International Student Award. The undergraduate tuition starts from 39,000 CAD to 51,000 CAD for the total program and postgraduate from 14500 to 20,815 CAD As one of the world’s top research universities, the University of British Columbia has created positive change at home and abroad for more than a century.
